【摘要】To deepen and develop the democratic management work of factory affairs, we must deepen the understanding, strengthen organiza-tion and leadership;focus on the key point of work and take the insisting on improving the staff congress system as an important carrier of factory af-fairs and democratic management;take the building of a harmonious labor relations to protect workers' rights as the main line,

operation,
expansion
