摘 要
现代工程施工中,工程机械的性能、自动化程度及其经济性等可以直接影响到施工工艺的好坏,而工程机械的电气与电子控制系统部分质量与性能的优劣又直接影响到工程机械的动力性、经济性、可靠性、施工质量、生产效率及使用寿命等。
机电一体化又称机械电子学,是一门跨学科的综合性高技术,是由微电子技术、计算机技术、信息技术、自动控制技术、机械技术、液压技术以及其他技术相互融合而成的一门独立的交叉学科。机电一体化技术从上世纪70 年代中期开始在国外工程机械上得到应用。80 年代以微电子技术为核心的高新技术的兴起,推动了工程机械制造技术的迅速发展,特别是随着微型计算机及微处理技术、传感与检测技术、信息处理技术等的发展及其在工程机械上的应用,从根本上改变了工程机械的面貌,极大促进了产品性能的提高，使工程机械进入了一个全新的发展阶段。以微机或微处理器为核心的电子控制系统目前在国外工程机械上的应用已相当普及,并已成高性能工程机械不可缺少的组成部分。工程机械的机电一体化和智能化将是今后的发展方向。 关键词：机电一体化 工程机械 电子控制
