【摘要】Objective Comparison of total hip arthroplasty and hemiarthroplasty for the treatment of femoral neck fractures in the elderly clinical efficacy.Methods Select January 2013 ~2015 years January orthopedic treatment of 50 cases old femoral neck fracture patients, according to surgery way of different is divided into research group (25 cases, full hip replacement operation treatment) and control group (25 cases, half hip replacement operation treatment), observation two group patients Harris hip function score and the body shortened length, surgery time, and bleeding volume, and bed activities time, and hospital time, index, operation Hou complications occurred rate.Results Two groups before Harris hip score and limb shortening the length difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), two sets of these indicators were significantly improved after surgery (P<0.01), a research group than in the control group (P<0.01). Research Group of operation time and bleed, ambulation time, length of time of no significant difference compared with the control group (P>0.05).Complication rates were significantly lower than those in the control group of the study
group (P<0.05).Conclusion Total hip replacement in treatment of femoral neck fractures in the elderly than half-hip replacement, effective recovery hips features stable internal fixation, reduce the rate of complications, it is recommended that preference in the femoral neck fracture in the elderly.%目的：：对比观察全髋置换术和半髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法：选择2013年1月～2015年1月骨科治疗的50例老年股骨颈骨折患者，根据手术方式的不同分为研究组（25例，全髋置换术治疗）和对照组（25例，半髋关节置换术治疗），观察两组患者Harris髋关节功能评分及肢体缩短长度，手术时间、出血量、下床活动时间、住院时间等指标，术后并发症发生率。结果：术前两组H a r r i s髋关节功能评分及肢体缩短长度比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），术后两组上述指标均显著改善（P＜0.01），研究组改善程度大于对照组（P＜0.01）。研究组的手术时间、出血量、下床活动时间、住院时间等指标与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。研究组并发症发生率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：全髋置换术对老年股骨颈骨折的疗效优于半髋关节置换术，有效恢复髋关节功能，稳定内固定，降低并发症率，建议在老年股骨颈骨折手术中优先选择使用。 【总页数】2页(25-26)
