C3肾小球肾炎的临床表现及病理特征

【摘要】目的：研究分析C3肾小球肾炎患者的临床特征。方法对2011～2014年我院接收的40例C3肾小球肾炎患者来进行分析，对患者的症状、特点进行分析归纳。结果（1）一般情况：全部患者中共有31例首次症状有水肿、尿常规异常等，占研究总数的77.5%，有22.5%的患者的首次出现症状是肾外症状；（2）临床表现：有12例患者属于肾病综合征，23例尿检异常，3例急性肾炎，2例反复肉眼血尿；患者的平均尿蛋白量是（3.2±2.3）g/d，28例患者蛋白尿＞3.5 g/24 h；（3）病理特点：有39例患者接受免疫荧光染色时能够看见C3颗粒弥漫分布状态，有23例患者是膜增生病变，17例系膜增生病变，15例有少量上皮侧电子致密物沉积。结论 C3肾小球肾炎属于肾脏疾病，临床中特异性并不明显，通过荧光染色可以诊断，现在还没有非常可靠的治疗方法。%Objective To study the clinical characteristics of C3 glomerulonephritis.Methods From 2011 to 2014 in our hospital received 40 cases of C3 patients with glomerulonephritis to carry on the analysis,to the patient's symptoms,analyzed and summarized.Results All patients a total of 31 cases of the first symptoms of edema,abnormal urine,accounting for 77.5% of the total number of research,has for the first time in 22.5% of the patients symptoms are extrarenal symptoms,12 patients belonging to the nephrotic syndrome,23 cases of
urinary abnormalities,3 cases of acute nephritis,2 cases of recurrent gross hematuria,average urinary protein the amount of patients is(3.2+2.3)g/d,28 patients with proteinuria >3.5 g/24 h,39 patients underwent immunofluorescence staining can be seen C3 particles diffuse distribution status,30 patients are membrane hyperplasia lesions of mesangial proliferative lesions,17 cases,15 cases with deposition of electron dense material amount on the skin side.Conclusion C3 glomerulonephritis belongs to kidney disease,clinical specificity is not apparent,can be diagnosed by fluorescent staining,there is no one treatment method is very reliable. 【总页数】2页(50-51)
