一、概述

1.1.编制依据

(1)、《铁路隧道工程施工技术指南》TZ204-2008;

(2)、TB10424-2010/J1155-2011铁建设[2010]240号《铁路混凝土工程施工质量验收标准》;

(3)、TB10753-2010/J1149-2011铁建设[2010]240号《高速铁路隧道工程施工质量验收标准》;

(4)、已批准的TJ-3标实施性施工组织设计。 1.2.冬季施工确定

因工期要求异常紧张,加上本地区冬季漫长(一般情况下从本年11月15日至来年3月31日),因此为满足工期要求,冬季必须进行隧道开挖、初支及二衬混凝土施工。根据规范规定,当工地昼夜平均气温(最高和最低气温的平均值或当地时间6时、14时及21时室外气温的平均值)连续3d稳定低于5℃或最低气温低于-3℃时,按照进入冬季施工考虑。根据当地情况一般从本年的11月15日至次年的3月31日按进入冬季考虑,根据实际情况今年暂定从11月15日即按进入冬季施工考虑。

冬季施工方法和方案的确定根据沈丹客专工程特点、当地气象资料、 使用材料来源和工期要求等因素,通过热工计算和技术经济分析确定。

1.3.冬季施工特点及难点

(1)、冬季混凝土特点:0~4℃时,凝结时间比 15℃延长 3 倍,温度降到 0.3~0.5℃时,混凝土开始冻结后,反应停止,-10℃时,水化反应完全停止,混凝土强度不再增长。在负温条件下混凝土中的游离水结冰,体积增加9%,硬化的砼 结构遭到冻胀破坏。

(2)、冬季施工安全、质量风险大。天气寒冷、场地结冰、升温取暖等方面易引发安全事故。防寒保温稍有疏漏会产生混凝土冻胀、裂缝(纹)、结构疏散、表面泛霜等质量问题。路基填筑控制稍有不慎,会形成压实度不足或软弱夹层等病害。

(3)、冬季施工成本投入高。冬季施工需要从混凝土原材料开始全过程实施防寒保温,需要对已施工隧道段全部实施防寒保温,这些措施需投入

大量的保温材料、设施、设备和能源。

(4)、施工生产效率低下。寒冷气候条件下劳动产生率大幅下降,防寒保温消 耗工时多,工序间工艺和组织间隙时间多、混凝土强度增长慢等因素造成生产效 率低下。

(5)、冬季施工的弊端:冬季施工由于施工条件及环境不利,是施工事故易发的多发季节,而且质量事故具有隐蔽性和滞后性。 二、编制目的、适用范围

近期,气温骤降,低温、寒冷环境下进行施工,易发生各类安全事故。为加强冬季施工安全质量管理工作,全面贯彻落实上级部门关于冬季施工的安全质量有关要求,为有效防范各类安全事故的发生,全面确保安全生产目标的实现,针对冬季施工安全质量工作重点,结合工区冬季施工的具体情况和工作重点,特编制冬季施工方案。

本方案适用于中国建筑股份有限公司沈丹客专JT-3标七工区负责程家堡子隧道工程。 三、工程概况

(1)工程概况

程家堡子隧道为双线隧道。进口里程DK119+909.18,出口里程DK121+942.92,进口明洞为6.82m,出口明洞为7.92m长,设计全长2033.74m。进口内轨顶设计标高为132.466m,出口内轨顶设计标高为111.576m。隧道出口DK120+665.8~DK120+835.8、DK121+632.2~DK121+802.2段位于缓和曲线上,DK120+835.8~DK121+632.2位于圆曲线上,R—10000m,切线长568.607m,在本隧道的曲线地段隧道不需加宽。DK119+909.18~120+665.8、DK121+802.2-DK121+942.95段位于直线上。隧道纵坡为连续下坡,DK120+431.8-DK121+942.92段从进口至出口线路纵坡为20‰,设计行车时速250km/h。

进出口均位于程家堡子山谷境内,隧道两端洞口坡势陡峭。DK120+330~DK120+351段为深切冲沟。

隧道全长2033.74m,其中进口明洞6.82m、出口明洞7.92m,Ⅱ级围岩1025m,Ⅲ级围岩545m,Ⅳ级围岩271m,Ⅴ级围岩129.74m。
