桂枝芍药知母汤合独活寄生汤治疗类风湿性关节炎78例临

【摘要】目的：探讨桂枝芍药知母汤合独活寄生汤治疗类风湿性关节炎78例临床的疗效。方法选取2013年10月～2014年12月我院就诊的类风湿性关节炎155例，所有患者随机分为观察组78例及对照组77例。观察两组患者的临床疗效，两组患者治疗前后的症状，体征积分，血沉（ESR）、C反应蛋白（CRP）、血小板体积（MPV）、血小板分布宽度（PDW）及出现的不良反应情况。结果观察组患者的临床总有效率为92.31%，明显高于对照组的80.52%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者治疗后的关节疼痛度，关节压痛程度，关节肿胀度，晨僵时间及关节功能皆明显高于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组治疗后节疼痛度，关节压痛程度，关节肿胀度，晨僵时间及关节功能得分等指标明显高于对照组，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者治疗后的ESR、CRP、MPV、PDW皆明显低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组治疗后ESR、CRP、MPV、PDW等指标明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论桂枝芍药知母汤合独活寄生汤治疗类风湿性关节炎临床疗效显著，明显减少不良反应，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To explore the clinical observation of 78 cases of parasitic decoction in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis Guizhishaoyaozhimu decoction and Angelica. Methods155 patients with
rheumatoid arthritis from October 2013 to December 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 77 cases and 78 cases.Observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients and to observe the two groups before and after treatment in patients with symptoms and signs of integration, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR),and C-reactive protein (CRP) and platelet volume (MPV),platelet distribution width (PDW) and adverse reactions were all observed and compared.Results The clinical total effective rate of observation group was 92.31%,significantly higher than that of the control group (80.52%),the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the patients in the two groups of joint pain,joint tenderness,swelling degree,time of morning stiffness and joint function were all significantly higher than that in the treatment,the difference was significant (P<0.05).Observe group after treatment,the degree of joint pain,joint tenderness, swelling degree,time of morning stiffness and joint function score index was significantly higher than that of the control group,the two groups, significant difference (P<0.05).The two groups of patients after treatment CRP,MPV,ESR,PDW were significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was significant (P<0.05).ESR,MPV,CRP,PDW and other indicators of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu
decoction combined with angelica parasitic Decoction in the treatment of rheumatoid joint inflammatory disease clinical curative effect significantly,significantly reduced adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical application. 【总页数】4页(67-69,94)
