探讨超声引导穿刺对乳腺囊肿患者的临床效果

【摘要】目的：对研究分析超声引导穿刺对乳腺囊肿患者的安全性与疗效。方法抽取2012年8月～2014年10月来我院治疗乳腺囊肿的患者80例，将其按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各40例，观察组患者在超声引导穿刺下注入无水乙醇进行治疗，对照组患者应用单纯超声引导穿刺进行治疗，观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的总有效率（97.50%）高于对照组（80.00%），其差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论超声引导穿刺治疗下注入无水乙醇能够有效提高乳腺囊肿患者的临床疗效。%ObjectiveTo study the the safety and efifcacy of ultrasound-guided puncture in patients with breast cyst.Methods Chose 80 patients with mammary gland cyst from August 2012 to October 2012 in the hospital, randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in observation group patients were under ultrasound guided puncture anhydrous ethanol injection treatment, control group patients with simple biopsy guided by ultrasound, compared the treatment effect of two groups of patients.Results Observation group of patients with total effective rate (97.50%) was significantly higher than the control group (80.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided puncture treatment under anhydrous ethanol injection can
