摘要：兰花属兰科（Orchidacere）多年生草本植物，中国兰花为兰科属中的地生兰。其香味怡人，花色淡雅，品种丰富，素有“花中君子”之称。具有很强的观赏价值和经济价值，深受人们的喜爱。如春兰、建兰、墨兰、寒兰等都是珍贵的观赏兰。此外，其也是目前世界上栽培较广的切花材料之一，兰花的切花生产，需要大批量的种苗，要获得优质高产，兰花种苗必须具备种性一致，生长齐一，长势旺盛的特点。在种苗生产上运用最广泛的是组培快繁和分株。生产实践证明，运用组织培养快繁技术生产种苗，其长势旺盛，品种复壮，抗病性强，切花质量好，对加快优良品种的培育，挽救珍惜濒危种类等起到十分重要的作用。 关键词：组织培养；兰花；养护管理

Abstract: The orchid is Orchidaceae (Orchidacere) perennial herbs, Chinese orchid is an orchid in terrestrial orchids. The scent is pleasant, elegant colors, variety, known as \said. Highly ornamental value and economic value, very popular. Such as Chunlan, Cymbidium, Cymbidium, Cymbidium orchids and other ornamental and precious. In addition, it also is the world's cultivated a broader one cut material, orchid cut flower production, require large quantities of seed, to obtain high-yield, species of orchid seedlings must have consistent growth and homogeneity, the characteristics of growing strong . In the seed production is the most widely used tissue culture and ramet. Practice shows, the use of tissue culture micropropagation technology to produce seedlings, the growing vigorously and rejuvenation varieties, disease resistance, flower quality, and speed up the cultivation of improved varieties, save endangered species such as value plays an important role.
