论中药配伍减毒与增效

【摘要】中草药是中医学的重要组成部分,众所周知,部分中草药有毒副作用,而在中医学理论体系的指导下实行药物的配伍应用则可以减轻毒副作用,甚至起到增效作用.本文从中医学“经方、时方”代表方剂中的配伍角度,阐述中药配伍减毒增效的基本原则,并列举中药临床配伍应用的实例,以期阐明中药配伍减毒增效之奥妙.%Chinese herbal medicine is a vital part of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).As we all know,some Chinese herbal medicines have toxic side effects,while applications of the drugs by compatibility under the guidance of the theoretical system of TCM can reduce the toxic side effects and even exert synergistic effects.This article described the basic principles of the attenuation and synergy of drugs hy compatibility from the perspective of drugs compatibility in the TCM \prescriptions\listed the examples of clinical applications of TCM drugs by compatibility,in order to clarify the mystery of the attenuation and synergy of TCM drugs by compatibility. 【总页数】3页(160-162) 【关键词】中药;配伍;减毒;增效 【作者】李建民;谢晨
