【摘要】Objective:to study the problems existing in the clinical nursing teaching and clinical nursing teaching mode,to provide more reference data for clini-cal nursing teaching.Methods:to analyze the problems existing in the clinical nursing teaching,and analysis the clinical nursing teaching mode.Results:the clinical nursing teaching mainly exist the following problems:weakness of teaching faculty,teaching management system is imperfect,nursing education training target is not clear,older clinical nursing teaching mode and method,simple clinical teaching evaluation methods and so on.Teaching mode is mainly to ability as the standard of teaching mode,centering on the problem of education pattern,the dual system of the teaching mode,teaching pattern of double tutors teaching system.Conclusion:the clinical teaching management should be strengthened,and constantly improve the clinical teaching management system,in combination with the practical situation of students to select reasonable teaching mode,so as to achieve the purpose of promoting the all -round development of students.%目的：探讨临床护理教学存在的问题及临床护理的教学模式，旨在为临床护理教学提供更多的参考数据。方法：对临床护理教学存在的问题进行
