摘 要

本设计针对加油站储油罐中油量的测量问题,深切讨论了用超声波作为信号

源进行液位测量的可行性及优越性,讨论了产生误差的各类缘故,提出了相应的解决方法。

本设计以AT89C52单片机最小系统为核心,以超声波测距原理为理论依据,利用超声波作为操纵信号对油量进行自动检测和数据处置,减少测量进程中的人工干与,提供了一个带有显示、键盘的人机对话界面,方便了操作人员对油量的实时监控,通过微型打印机或与PC机进行通信等方式打印、保留有关数据,能够更好地对油量的存储情形进行治理。

本超声波油量测量仪,本钱低,操作简便,功能壮大,与传统的液位测量方式相较,具有非接触、速度快、精度高、自动操纵、靠得住性强、价钱低廉等优势。

Abstract

The design for the gas station fuel tanks in the measurement problem, in-depth discussion of the use of ultrasound as a signal source to carry out the feasibility of

AT89C52 single-chip designs to the smallest system to the core, the principle of ultrasonic distance measurement theoretical basis for the use of ultrasound on oil as a control signal for automatic detection and data processing, to reduce the measurement in the process of human intervention, provided with a display , keyboard interface of man-machine conversation and make it easier for operators of real-time monitoring of oil through the micro-printer or PC-communication such as print, save the data, to better the situation on the oil storage management.

Ultrasonic measurement of the fuel, low cost, simple, powerful, and traditional methods of liquid level measurement, with non-contact, high speed, high precision, automatic control, reliable and low cost advantages.
