1 绪 论

21世纪科学技术突飞猛进,以数控加工为核心的先进制造技术已成为世界各国加速经济进展,提高综合国力和国家地位的重要途径。所谓的数控加工技术确实是指用数字、文字、和符号组成的数字指令来实现一台或多台机械设备动作操纵的技术;它利用数字化操纵系统在加工机床上完成整个零件的加工,提高了零件的加工效率。我院踊跃培育技术型人材的大体理念更是符合当前国情的进展需要,为达到这一目标,咱们更要将理论知识和实际操作紧密联系起来。

这次毕业设计我选的课题是轴类配合零件的加工工艺设计。它突出了数控车削加工的特点及零件加工进程中的工艺性特点。此设计综合运用了所学专业知识:《机械制图》、《数控编程》、《数控车削加工技术》、《机械制造基础》、《机械设计》等,还运用了CAXA电子图版绘制零件图,另外还用到一些基础知识如:运算机、英语等。通过本次毕业设计,巩固和扩展自己所学的专业知识,综合运用所学知识培育自己分析和解决实际问题的能力,培育勇于探讨的创新精神和实践能力;培育正确的设计和研究思想、理论联系实际、严肃认真的科学态度和严谨求实的工作作风;强化质量意识和时刻观念,养成良好的职业适应,为以后实际工作打下良好的基础。
