双Endobutton治疗Tossy Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位修补及不修
补肩锁韧带的对照研究

【摘要】目的：探讨治疗Tossy Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位带袢钢板重建喙锁韧带后修补及不修补肩锁韧带的术后差异。方法2013年1月~2015年10月，共收治27例Tossy Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位，其中19例使用Endobutton带袢钢板重建喙锁韧带治疗。19例中A组：8例未修补肩锁韧带，B组：11例修补肩锁韧带。对术后X片和治疗6月后的X片比较及术后6月肩关节功能比较。结果19例均术后随访6~9月，平均（8.25±1.06）月，比较术后与术后6个月X片示：未修补肩锁韧带组比修补肩锁韧带组肩锁关节间隙增大。按Karlsson标准评定术后6月肩关节功能；A组：优3例，良5例；B组：优9例，良2例。修补肩锁韧带组明显优于未修补肩锁韧带组。结论 Tossy Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位修补肩锁韧带明显优于不修补肩锁韧带。%Objective To explore the difference between the treatment of Tossy type III acromioclavicular joint dislocation with plate coracoclavicular ligament reconstruction after repair
