多指标优选蛭丹化瘀组方的水提醇沉工艺

【摘要】Objective The technique of water extraction and alcohol precipitation of Zhidanhuayu Formula was optimized.Methods With dry extract yield as the reference,Paeoniflorin and Astragaloside IV extraction contents as indexes,L9(34) orthogonal test was adopted to optimize the best water extraction process,the single factor test was adopted to optimize the best alcohol precipitation process.Results Optimal process was:extracted 3 times with 8 folds of the amount of water,1 hour for each time.The extracts were filtered,combined and concentrated to the relative density of 1.10 ～ 1.15 (60℃),cooled to room temperature.Add suitable amount of alcohol to attain to the alcohol concentration of 60％.After alcohol precipitation,dry extract yield decreased about 5％.Conclusion The optimized condition of water extraction and alcohol precipitation was of good stability,reasonable and feasible,which can provide a reference for the mass production.%目的 优选蛭丹化瘀组方的水提醇沉工艺.方法 以干膏得率为参考,以芍药苷、黄芪甲苷含量为指标,采用L9(34)正交试验优选出最佳的水提工艺,采用单因素试验优选出最佳的醇沉工艺.结果 优选出的工艺为8倍量水煎煮3次,每次1h,提取液滤过,合并滤液,浓缩至相对密度为1.10～ 1.15 (60℃)的药液,冷却至室温,加
