【摘要】目的：探讨腹部手术后切口感染的影响因素，以降低手术切口感染率。方法对2010年1月~2013年12月丹东市振兴区医院行腹部外科手术的318例患者进行回顾性分析回顾性分析，对影响患者手术切口感染的因素进行分析；采用杂孕杂杂17.0进行统计分析。结果318例患者中发生手术切口感染49例，感染率为15.4%。术后共检出病原菌20株，依次为大肠埃希菌(8株)、铜绿假单胞菌(6株)、肺炎克雷伯菌(3株)、金黄色葡萄球菌(2株)、粪肠球菌(1株)。单因素分析显示，患者年龄大、肥胖、手术类型(I、II类手术切口)、手术季节(夏季手术)、糖尿病、术前未应用抗生素是影响患者术后切口感染的危险因素(P<0.05)。年龄、糖尿病、术前未应用抗生素是影响术后感染的危险因素。结论腹部手术切口感染发生率较高，术前应用抗菌药物及将血糖控制在正常范围是减少切口感染的重要举措。%Objective To analyze the risk factors for incision infections of abdominal surgery,so as to reduce the incidence of incision infections.Methods 318 patients were included into this study from Janaury 2010 to December 2013 .the risk factors for the surgical incision infections were analyzed using SPSS software.Results The incidence of incision infections is 15.4%.Pseudomous aeruginosa and Klebsiel a pneumoniae were the highest. univariate analysis indicated that age,obesity,types of operation,season,diabetes and preoperative

prophylactic use of antibiotics were the influencing factors for the postoperative incision infections. Multivariate analysis indicated that age,diabetes and preoperative prophylactic use of antibiotics are the main factors.Conclusion The incidence of incision infections is high,applying antibiotics before operation and control ing normal blood glucose are the importment measures. 【总页数】1页(227-227)
