摘要：（小3号黑体）本文以我国生产制造企业为研究对象，
从时间前后两个方向分析了生产制造企业的物流运作模式，形成了一个以生产制造企业内部物料控制中心为核心，集供应商联盟和客户联盟为一体的集成化物流管理系统，并探讨了生产制造企业物流控制中心的物理结构和功能模块。文章指出：尽管在生产制造企业的不同发展时期，生产制造企业适应不同的物流模式，但随着企业的发展，各生产制造企业均要向物流外包这一模式转型。物流外包是一个复杂的过程，企业必须对其风险必须有清楚的认识，依据自身的实际情况，选择合适的发展模式，同时应该确保物流外包的质量，顺利实现物流外包，提升企业核心竞争力。最终提高盈利能力。文章以我国生产制造企业物流的发展现实为基础，分析了物流活动与生产制造企业效益的关系，并阐明形成这种关系的原因，另外也对影响生产制造企业物流方式选择的因素加以论述，对企业的物流发展提出了合理化建议，并对生产制造企业物流发展的趋势进行预测。（摘要内容小4号宋体）

paper,through the researching object of production manufacturing Enterprises,I analysis the mode of logistics operation based on the time direction,which is formed by the core of a manufacturing enterprise material control.And set vendor and customers’league as the integrated logistics management system.And then,I explore the manufacturing enterprises’physical stracture and function network.I think that it will adapt the different logistics models at the different
period
of
the
manufacturing
enterprises.With
the
development of enterprises,they are outsourcing the logistics of the mode of transition. Logistics outsourcing is a complex process, companies must put its risk must have a clear understanding, based on their actual situation, select the appropriate model of development should also ensure that the logistics outsourcing, quality, and the smooth realization of logistics outsourcing to enhance
core
competitiveness.
And
ultimately
improve
profitability.Otherwise I state the influence on manufacturing enterprise logistics mode selection of the factors of enterprise's logistics
development,
and
put
forward
suggestions
for
