OxfordⅢ单髁置换治疗膝骨关节炎的近中期疗效分析

【摘要】Objective To discuss the early and midterm clinical outcome of Oxford Ⅲ unicompartmental knee arthroplsty to treat medial compartmental osteoarthritis of the knee.Methods 41 patients(totally 47 knees)of medial compartment osteoarthritis treated by UKA were reviewed.The pain level,range of movement and HSS score between preoperative and follow-up were evaluated.Results All patients recovered postoperatively without cut-edge necrosis,infection or deep vein thrombosis.44 knees of 38 cases were followed up regularly for a mean time of 38 months.The results of the last follow up showed that the range of movement increased from 105° to 130°,HSS score increased from 57 to 89.Conclusion The early and midterm outcome of Oxford Ⅲ UKA to treat medial compartment osteoarthritis of the knee is encouraging,the choice of the prosthesis,and tight surgical indications and the evaluation of the anterior cruciate ligament preoperatively have a great effect on the results.%目的 探讨OxfordⅢ单髁置换术治疗膝关节内侧间室骨关节炎的近中期疗效.方法 回顾性分析2006年8月至2012年7月南方医科大学珠江医院骨科应用膝关节单髁置换术治疗内侧间室骨关节炎患者41例共47膝,其中38例44膝获得良好随访,男18例20膝,女23例24膝,年龄
