三种不同固位形式嵌体冠修复短冠磨牙的微渗漏对比研究

【摘要】目的：采用不同固位形式嵌体冠对离体短冠磨牙进行修复，通过对比观察微渗漏情况，评估临床修复效果。方法：离体短冠磨牙根管治疗后制作钴铬合金嵌体冠修复，分为髓室固位嵌体冠、常规桩核嵌体冠、插销桩核嵌体冠3组，所有样本浸泡于印度墨水中3周，然后沿近远中方向纵行剖开，在体视显微镜下观察微渗漏。结果：插销桩核嵌体冠组微渗漏值大于其它两组，但3组之间无明显差异。结论：3种嵌体冠均可应用于短冠磨牙的修复。%Objective:To evaluate the restoration effect of inlay crown with three retention forms on the recently ex-tracted molars measured by the degree of microleakage. Method:Three groups of short coronal molars with Cobalt chromium alloy were divided after root canal therapy using Pulp chamber Retention inlay crown,conventional post-and-core inlay crown,insertion-type separate inlay crown respectively. All above samples were sectioned longitudinally after being im-mersed in India ink for three weeks.The microleakages were observed using a stereomicroscope. Result:The microleakages of insertion-type separate inlay crown were less than other retention forms,but there was no obvious difference. Conclu-sion:The three kinds of Inlay crown are all applicable to coronal restorations.
