探讨糖化血红蛋白与果糖胺诊断妊娠糖尿病的临床价值

【摘要】目的：分析糖化血红蛋白与果糖胺诊断妊娠糖尿病的临床价值。方法将2012年2月～2015年3月收治于我院的妊娠糖尿病患者45例为研究对象（观察组），同期选择45例健康孕妇为对照组，对比分析两组孕妇的糖化血红蛋白水平以及果糖胺水平。结果与健康孕妇相比，观察组无论是糖化血红蛋白还是果糖胺均高于健康孕妇（P＜0.05），差异具备统计学意义。结论可将糖化血红蛋白以及果糖胺用作诊断妊娠期糖尿病的重要依据和手段，这对于尽早发现和治疗妊娠期糖尿病孕妇有重要意义。%ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical value of glycosylated hemoglobin and fructose amine in the diagnosis of gestational diabetes melitus.Methods 45 cases of gestational diabetes in our hospital from February 2012 to March 2015 were selected as the research object(observation group),45 cases of healthy pregnant women were selected as the control group,the level of glycosylated hemoglobin and the level of fructose in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with healthy pregnant women,the observation group was significantly higher than that of healthy pregnant women(P<0.05),the difference was statisticaly significant.Conclusion It can be used as an important basis and method for the diagnosis of gestational diabetes melitus. It is important for
