【摘要】Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in health food. Methods The experiment was carried out on Kromasil C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm)column with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water(32 ':68) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min''. The detection wavelength was 205 nm and the column temperature was 30℃. The sample size was 20 uL. Results The linear range of astragaloside Ⅳ was 0.2~8.0 μg (r = 0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.35 % (RSD =0.79 %). Conclusion The method employed in this analysis is simple, precise and reproducible, and it can be used for the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in propolis astragalus soil capsule.%目的 建立以高效液相色谱法测定保健食品中黄芪甲苷含量的方法.方法 色谱柱Gemini C18(4.6 mm×250 nm,5 μm),流动相乙腈-水(32∶68),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长205 nm,柱温30℃,进样量20 μL.结果 黄芪甲苷检测浓度的线性范围0.2～8.0 μg (r=0.999 9)；平均加样回收率99.35％(RSD=0.79％).结论 本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于测定蜂胶黄芪软胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量. 【总页数】3页(120-122)
