纤溶酶治疗急性脑血栓的临床研究

【摘要】Objective To investigate the effect of plasmin treatment of acute cerebral thrombosis.MethodsForty-eight patients with acute cerebral thrombosis were admitted to our hospital,and were randomly divided into study group and the conventional group,24 cases in each group; the conventional group received conventional treatment specialist,research group with fibrinolytic therapy on the basis of conventional therapy,compared to clinical effects and adverse reactions between the two groups were observed.ResultsIn the study group,platelets,clotting time and fibrinogen and other aspects of clinical total effective rate were better than conventional group,a significant difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05). Two groups of patients did not show any significant adverse reactions occurred in the course of medication,no
statistical
significance(P>0.05).Conclusion
Clinical
