尼可地尔对不稳定性心绞痛的疗效观察

【摘要】 目的：评价尼可地尔对不稳定性心绞痛的疗效。方法：选取不稳定性心绞痛患者76例，随机分为治疗组（n＝38）和对照组（n＝38）。对照组口服常规抗心绞痛药物，治疗组在常规抗心绞痛药物的基础上加用尼可地尔，观察两组治疗前后临床疗效及动态心电图变化。结果：治疗组治疗后的总有效率为86．5％，对照组为65．8％，两者具有显著差异（ P＜0．05）；动态心电图缺血发作次数，总缺血时间改善率均明显高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：对不稳定性心绞痛患者，在常规抗心绞痛治疗的基础上加用尼可地尔，可明显提高疗效，值得临床关注。% Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of nicorandil on unstable angina .Methods:76 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into a treatment group (n=38) and control group (n=38) .The control group was treated with regular anti‐anginal drug ,the treatment group was treated with the regular antianginal drugs plus nicorandil ,then observe the changes of clinical effect and dynamic ECG .Results:Af‐ter treatment ,the total effective rate was 86 .5% and 65 .8% in the treatment group and control group ,with significant differences (P<0 .05);the improvement of dynamic ECG ischemic attack times and total ischemic time was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:In
