【摘要】Objective To analyze the lung function and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the correlation of inflammatory cells,cytokines and further provide reference basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Our hospital of 46 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, for the test group selection in the same period to hospital medical health group 48 cases as control group,the sputum induction method is adopted to two groups of inflammatory cell cytokines level are measured,and compared two groups of patients with lung function related indicatorsResults The experimental group were significantly higher than that of control group, <0.05,and after analysis found that index and the forced expiratory vital capacity(FVC)and the first second forced expiratory volume (FEV1) showed a negative correlation.Conclusion Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in inflammatory cells and cytokines closely related to the stand or fall of pulmonary function,clinical need to attract attention.%目的：分析探讨肺功能和慢性阻塞性肺疾病中炎症细胞、细胞因子的相关性,进一步为临床诊治提供参考依据。方法选取我院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者46例为此次试验组,
