锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位及锁骨远端骨折的临床观察

【摘要】Objective:to analyze the clinical effect of the treatment of the dislocation of the shoulder and the fracture of the distal clavicle with the hook plate of the clavicle. Methods:a retrospective analysis of 70 cases of acromioclavicular joint dislocation and distal clavicle fractures in patients with clinical data,were randomly di-vided into observation group and control group,each with 35 cases in each,which was used in the control group were treated with Kirschner wire and tension,the observation group by clavicular hook plate for treatment,compared with the therapeutic effect of two groups were compared,and the operation.Results:the total effective rate of the observation group was98.14%,the total effective rate was 68.57%,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).In the observation group,the operation time,intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization time,fracture healing time and complication occurrence rate of the operation indexes were significantly better than those of the control
group.The
