Legg-Calve-Perthes病病因学研究进展

【摘要】Legg-Calve-Perthes病(LCPD)是一种无菌性、自限性的儿童股骨头骨骺缺血性坏死,好发于10岁之前的儿童.国内外学者们对其病因及致病机制进行大量的研究并提出了各种理论,认为疾病的发生可能与血管闭塞、易栓症、创伤、炎症、胰岛素样生长因子1及其他一些生物或环境因素有关,但大部分结论未得到进一步的证实.本文回顾既往对于LCPD的相关研究,就其病因学研究进展作一综述.%As an idiopathic and self-limited avascular necrosis of femoral epiphysis in children,Legg-Calve-Perthes disease (LCPD) usually appears in the first decade of life.After extensive researches on the etiology of LCPD,numerous theories have been proposed,including vascular occlusion,thrombophilia,trauma,inflammatory process,pathway abnormality of insulin-like growth factor-1,maternal smoking and some other biological and environmental factors.However,most of these theories have been unsubstantiated or even controversial.This review introduced recent research advances of the etiology of LCPD. 【总页数】5页(956-960)
