【摘要】The tense doctor-patient relationship is a trigger for the medical dispute, which is not only influence the normal operation of the hospital,but also hit the enthusiasm of medical staff very seriously. At present, thus has become a hot spot of society and the focus of media at ention. To investigate the reason is various, but the point is trust crisis, and the essential reason leads to trust crisis is the doctor-patient communication barriers. Therefore under the new situation, the problem, how to strengthen the doctor-patient communication, which is the hospital administrators and medical workers have to think about. This paper focuses on poor communication between doctors and patients, puts forward appropriate countermeasures and suggestions, which is intended to enhance doctor-patient communication and build harmonious relationship between doctor and patient.%当前紧张的医患关系已成为社会的热点，媒体关注的焦点，由此所引发的医患纠纷不仅影响了医院的正常运转，而且严重打击了医务人员的工作热情。究其原因是多方面的，但最重要的就是信任危机，而导致信任危机的本质原因就是医患沟通障碍。因此在新形势下如何加强医患沟通，是医院管理者和医务人员必须思考的问题。本文针对医患沟通不畅，提出相应的对策和建议，目的就是加强医患沟通，构
