全髋关节置换术治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床研究

【摘要】Objective:To observe the clinical effect of total hip arthroplasty treatment
of
ankylosing
spondylitis.Methods:70
patients
with
ankylosing spondylitis were selected.The observation group of 35 cases underwent total hip replacement.The control group of 35 cases underwent total hip arthroplasty.We compared two groups of patients with hip joint function recovery and complications.Results:The observation of patients in the treatment group the excellent and good rate was 94.29%,the control group was 74.29%,the difference was statistically
significant(χ2=8.961,P=0.023);the
observation
group
patients complication rate was 5.71%,the control group was 17.14%,the incidence rate of complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(χ 2=9.208,P=0.038).Conclusion:Total hip arthroplasty in ankylosing spondylitis,hip function recovered well,and the complication rate is low.It has important application value.%目的：观察全髋关节置换术治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法：收治强直性脊柱炎患者70例，观察组35例行全髋关节置换术，对照组35例行髋关节成形术，比较两组患者的髋关节功能恢复情况及并发症情况。结果：观察组的治疗优良率94.29%，对照组74.29%，组间比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=8.961，
P=0.023)；观察组的并发症发生率5.71%，对照组17.14%，观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组(χ2=9.208，P=0.038)。结论：全髋关节置换术治疗强直性脊柱炎，髋关节功能恢复良好，且并发症发生率低，具有重要的推广应用价值。
