探究右美托咪定对肝脏手术后肺功能损伤患者的影响

【摘要】Objective To study dexmedetomidine’ effects on pulmonary function injury patients duirng hepatic operation. Methods among 357 cases patients with hepatic operation from February 2012 to April 2015 in our hospital, choose 41 cases randomly as observation group with dexmedetomidine anesthesia; choose another 41 cases as control group with routine anesthetic method. Analyze and compare two groups with pulmonary function and pulmonary adverse reactions on postoperative recovery stage at three time points of before anesthesia (a), during operation (b), after surgery (c). Results clinical observation and data analysis showed, inspiratory plateau pressure (P) and airway resistance(R) of observation group at time point b and c was significantly lower than time point a, and inspiratory plateau pressure (P) and airway resistance(R) of control group at time point b and c was significantly higher than time point a, the difference showed statistical significance(P<0.05). And pulmonary adverse reactions of recovery stage in observation group were less than control group, difference showed statistical significance (P<0.05).
