单元教学目标与要求
教材分析：
本册教材为人教版（精通)小学英语六年级上册。本套教材的教学目的是激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，引导学生树立自信心，养成良好的英语学习习惯，形成有效的学习策略和自主学习能力；本书的六个单元从学校生活、兴趣爱好等六个话题让孩子们更好的学习英语并感受学英语的乐趣。本单元系第四单元January is the first month.学生能学会1月到6月的英文表达，能够简单询问和表达1月到6月常见的活动和节日。 教学目标：
（一）知识与技能目标
1、能够听、说、认读以下词组：
New Year’s Day , Spring Festival, Tree Planting Day, Easter, Labour Day.
2、能够听、说、读、写以下词语：January, February, March, April, May, June, back, their, tree, grass, stop, egg, Mother’s day, Father’s day, Children’s Day.
3、能够听、说、认读以下句子：January is the first month of the year. February is the second month of the year. March is the third month of the year. April is the fourth month of the year. May is the fifth month of the year. June is the sixth month of the year. 4、能了解本单元涉及的中西方文化节日和习俗。
5、能够正确熟练的说唱3首歌谣，了解字母组合ay, al和 ai 在单词中的发音规律。 （二）过程与方法
1、通过阅读课文内容与重、难点相结合，运用情景教学法 、多媒体教学法、互动合作学习法在实际生活中应用和操练并介绍1到6月的节日和英文表达。
2、通过小组交流，社会实践活动等多种方式，在真实的语境中使用语言知识的正确表达形式。

3、能够运用本单元所学语言对节日、月份等进行正确的表达。 （三）情感态度与价值观目标
1、能够积极主动地参与课堂教学活动，提高与他人合作交流的意识和能力。 2、能够结合本单元所学了解中西方文化节日和习俗。
3、通过介绍中、西方文化，培养学生的爱国主义精神，为进一步学习奠定良好的基础。
