一、基数词的构成
1. 0-12特殊记
0（zero）,1（one）,2（two）,3（three）,4（four）,5（five）
6（six）,7（seven）,8（eigth）,9（nine）,10（ten）,11（eleven） 12（twelve）
2.13-19，以teen结尾
thirteen，fourteen，fifteen，sixteen，seventeen，eighteen，nineteen （注意thirteen，fifteen，eighteen）
3.20-90整十，以ty结尾
twenty，thirty，forty，fifty，sixty，seventy，eighty，ninety （注意forty，eigthy）
4.几十几，十位和个位之间加连字符“-”
Eg:21 twenty-one, 55 fifty-five 36 thirty-six , 87 eighty-seven
5.百（hundred），千（thousand）,百万（million），十亿（billion） （1）表示具体，准确的数目时，hundred，thousand，million，billion不加s 基数词+hundred/thousand/million/billion Eg: 200 two hundred ，800 eight hundred
（2）表示不确定数目时,要加s

1.基数词读法
（1）百位和十位之间要加and，十位和个位之间加连字符“-” Eg：123 one hundred and twenty-three
（2）1000以上的数字读法
从后往前每3位加一个逗号“，”第一个逗号前位千（thousand），第二个逗号前为百万（million），第三个逗号前为十亿（billion），英语中没有“万”这个单位。
Eg:1,286,931,450读作：one billion two hundred and eighty-six million nine hundred and thirty-one thousand four hundred and fifty
（3）年份读法
2000年以前的，前两位度在一起，后两位度在一起 Eg：1949 nineteen forty-nine
2000以后的可以前两位，后两位读，也可以按照千位读 Eg：2019 twenty nineteen或 two thousand and nineteen 2. 小数读法
小数点前按照基础词的读法，小数点后逐个读出来 Eg：23.34 twenty-three point three four
3. 百分数（percent）
数字+percent（percent不加s） Eg:100% one hundred percent
Tips:in +one’s +整十数词复数，表示在某人几十岁时 Eg:In her sixties 在她六十多岁时 in the+年份复数，表示在...世纪...年代 Eg:in the 1990s 在二十世纪九十年代
4. 时刻表达方式
（1）整点
数字+o’clock（o’clock可以省掉）
（2）非整点
顺读法：先读小时，再读分钟 逆读法：先读分钟再读小时
1）分钟<30，分钟+past+小时 2）分钟=30，分钟+past+小时
3）分钟>30，（60-分钟）+to+（小时+1）
Tips:15分钟可以用a quarter 30分钟可以用 half
1个半小时：one and a half hours=one hour and a half

第4-10 fourth,fifth,sixth,seventh,eighth,ninth,tenth （注意fifth，ninth）
