本文是对企业的核心竞争力来进行详细讨论。企业核心竞争力是企业长期形成的,蕴涵于企业内质中的,企业独具的,支撑企业过去,现在和未来竞争优势,并使企业在竞争环境中能够长时间取得主动的核心能力。在市场经济中,企业的竞争力来自企业所拥有的核心资源,正是由于核心资源的不可复制性和不可交易性带给了企业相对于竞争对手的市场势力,从而形成了企业的竞争优势。目前,随着我国市场经济的逐步完善,企业的竞争进入了新的历史阶段,打造企业的核心竞争力,提升企业的竞争能力成为企业所面临的重大问题。

本文将以海尔集团为例,首先对企业核心竞争力的概念、特点以及形成过程进行了简单的论述,为后文做铺垫。然后对海尔集团核心竞争力形成的具体内容进行详细的分析。最后在总结海尔集团培育核心竞争力成功经验的基础上,结合我国的国情,就中国企业如何培育和提升核心竞争力提出了相应对策。

ABSTRACT

This article is carries on the detailed discussion to enterprise's core competitive power. Enterprise core competitive ability is the enterprise formed for a long time, contain in the essence of enterprise, enterprise's unique, support enterprises in the past, present and future competitive advantage, and make the enterprise in a competitive environment can be obtained in a long time the initiative of core competencies. In a market economy, the competitiveness of the enterprises from enterprise owned by the core resources, it is not the replication of core resources and cannot be traded to the enterprise relative to competitors, market power, thus formed the enterprise competitive advantage. At present, along with our country market economy gradually perfect, the enterprise competition has entered a new historical stage, makes the enterprise's core competitiveness, improve enterprise competition ability to become important issues facing the enterprise.

This article in the case of Haier Group, first of all, the concept and characteristics of the core competitiveness of the enterprise and the forming process were described in simple, for later. Then the core competitiveness of Haier Group to form the specific content of a detailed analysis. Finally in the summary of Haier Group to foster the core competitiveness, on the basis of successful experience, combined with China's national conditions, Chinese enterprises how to cultivate and enhance the core competitiveness puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
