3.2 Footwear Pre-Production/Component Testing 鞋产前/部件测试

It is the Supplier’s responsibility to ensure that all footwear components and/or pre-production samples are submitted to the laboratory on a timely basis and no later than 60 days prior to the ship date. 供应商应当确保及时且不迟于装船前60天将部件和样品送检。

Footwear Components Testing must be completed for all items manufactured in Asia Pacific. Footwear components testing will only be conducted at a testing laboratory in Shenzhen, China (see Appendix C for location)

The Supplier does not have to wait until a purchase order is created to submit footwear components and/or pre-production samples of the complete shoe for testing. Please enclose a copy of the quote sheet for each style or stock number when the purchase order(s) is not available.

3.3 Production Testing 生产测试

Production samples submitted for testing must represent the actual product (complete shoe) being made. 送检的样品必须能够代表的实际生产的产品。

3.4 In-Store Quality Audit Protocol 场内质量审核规定

For the “Initial In-Store Quality Audit” representative sizes and a full color range of each style will be pulled

from the stores. Additional testing of failed In-Store goods (High Sampling Retest) may occur when the “Initial In-Store Quality Audit” results in a Critical Regulatory or Critical Walmart Test Failure (see High Sampling Retest section below). Refer to section 3.1 for the In-Store Quality Audit Process diagram.

The Initial In-Store Quality Audit 初始场内质量审核

During the initial In-Store Quality Audit, all items will be pulled for testing as soon as they are available in stores. All applicable testing will be conducted, including Critical Regulatory and Critical Walmart compliance requirements and performance testing. 所有的产品测试所有的项目 High Sampling Retest 高样本复测

3.6 Test Report Ratings 检测报告评级

PASS: The sample has no Critical Regulatory, Critical Walmart, Major, or Minor Defects 合格：样品无重大规定、重大沃尔玛或重大或小的缺陷

MARGINAL PASS: All products with Minor Defects and minor deviations from standards, as decided by the laboratory, will be rated “Marginal Pass”. 基本合格：测试有小缺陷的小的偏离 Marginal Pass rating is an approval for Supplier to ship goods 基本合格供应商可以装运 In situations where numerous violations of approved standards continue, these ratings could result in future test failure 如果一再重复违规，则可能导致今后不合格. 3.7 Defect Classification 缺陷分类

Critical Regulatory – Impacts product that is non-compliant with government regulations 重大规定：产品不符合政府的规定

Critical Walmart – Walmart requirements that are not covered by law. 重大沃尔玛：法律之外的沃尔玛的要求

Major – Likely to result in customer complaint or return 重大缺陷：很可能导致客人投诉或退货

Minor – Unlikely to result in customer complaint or return Refer to Appendix A for a list of defect type classifications.

3.8 Quality College 质量大学

Quality College puts the Supplier and the Test Lab Technical Support Group together in an effort to clarify and resolve Supplier’s questions and/or address Supplier quality issues. 澄清或解决供应商的问题，处理供应商质量事项

3.9 Testing Turn-Around Time 测试周期

Standard Testing Turn-Around Time – Turn-around time is four (4) working days from the time the laboratory receives samples.

Express Testing Services are available at additional cost. Express Testing is available as a one day (24 hours) or two day (48 hours) turn-around, excluding the day the product is received. For additional information about this service please contact the laboratory directly.

3.10 When to Submit Pre-Production/Component and Production Samples 何时提交产前/部件样品

Testing Process Monitoring is conducted by reviewing all Purchase Orders to ensure all orders are tested in compliance with the Walmart testing requirements. This monitoring is accomplished by reviewing the testing status of all Purchase Orders, and if testing is not complete, the applicable Testing Notification Forms will be issued as follows:

Note: Suppliers are responsible for passing all required testing and should not wait for the notification forms in order to submit samples to the laboratory for testing.

When submitting footwear components for testing you must send the following:

1. The prototype of the complete shoe for reference to assist in component testing. 整鞋样品
