多层螺旋CT在尿路梗阻病变中的应用价值

【摘要】目的：探讨多层螺旋CT及其后处理技术对诊断尿路梗阻疾病的诊断价值。方法收集临床怀疑有泌尿系统梗阻性疾病，行16层螺旋CT扫描后经过多平面重建（MPR）、曲面重建（CPR）及容积重建（VR）等后处理及进行尿路成像，并经手术及临床证实的32例病例，并对结果进行了研究。结果泌尿系结石21例，输尿管肿瘤5例，输尿管结核2例，先天畸形4例，多层螺旋CT诊断在定性及定位诊断上符合率明显高于腹部平片（KUB）、B超及静脉肾盂造影（IVP）检查。结论多层螺旋CT泌尿系成像检查是一种无创检查，操作简单，比以往传统的影像学检查方法的诊断更符合手术的结果，说明多层螺旋CT在诊断泌尿系结石、肿瘤及其他梗阻性疾病的临床价值上是有独特的优势的。%Objective To explore the diagnostic value of multi slice spiral CT and
