雷替曲塞联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期结直肠癌42例

【摘要】Objective To investigate the clinical effect of raltitrexed combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer. Methods84 cases of advanced colon rectal cancer patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group (42 cases), control group was treated with oxaliplatin, the observation group by raltitrexed combined with oxaliplatin. The efficacy of two groups were compared. ResultsThe effective rate and clinical beneift rate of the observation group were 45.24%, 88.10%, 16.67% and 50%, respectively, signiifcantly higher than the control group, the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 21.43%, which was signiifcantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of raltitrexed combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer is good.%目的：探讨雷替曲塞联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期结直肠癌的临床疗效。方法选取84例晚期结直肠癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组各42例，对照组采用奥沙利铂治疗，观察组采用雷替曲塞联合奥沙利铂治疗，对比两组疗效。结果观察组治疗有效率和临床获益率分别为45.24%，88.10%，高于对照组的16.67%和50.00%，观察组不良反应率21.43%，低于对照组的47.62%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论雷替曲塞联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期
