【摘要】Objective To report 1 case of extramammary Paget's disease (EMPD) in perineum using Mohs surgery combining with 5-aminolaevulinic acid photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT). Methods \flap-plasty was carried out at the scar contracture place on the forepart of prepuce, formed by edema. To excise the carcinoma tissue in penis root segment and scrotum, to repair the wound by scrotum flap. 5 to 7 days after removing the stitches, started ALA-PDT around the operative region, 1 time/10 days, 4 times were one course of treatment. Results Wound healing, appearance and function were good, urination was improved obviously. No recur and metastasis after 2 years. Conclusion Mohs surgery is an important treatment of EMPD, ALA-PDT is effective to clear tumor tissue and reduce recurrence rate.%目的 报道Mohs显微描记手术联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)治疗会阴部乳房外Paget病1例.方法 于阴茎前段包皮水肿机化所致瘢痕挛缩狭窄处行“Z皮瓣”成形术,松解瘢痕；Mohs显微描记手术切除阴茎根部及阴囊上部的乳房外Paget病变组织,阴囊皮瓣修复创面；创面愈合拆线后5～7 d开始对手术区域及周边范围进行ALA-PDT治疗,10dl次,4次为1个疗程.结果 术后患者创面愈合良好,外观功
