64排CT容积再现技术在颈静脉球高位中的应用

【摘要】Objective To cxplore clinical application of volume rcndcring technique in high jugular. Methods 20 patients with high jugular bulb and 20 healthy volunteers underwent 64-slice CT scan. CT data were implcmented to reconstructed with VRT. The minimum distance from cochlca to jugular bulb was determined at axial state and evaluated with image processing system followed by three-dimensional reconstruction respeetively. Results Volume rendering technique in high jugular could better demonstrate the rela tionship between high jugular bulb and base turn of cochlea,the distances of cochlea to jugular bulb mcasured were 3. 896 4 mm and 3.0855 mm at the axial and 3D reconstruction(P<0. 001) . At the state of reconstruction with VRT , the minimum distance be tween cochlea and jugular bulb was 3. 127 3 mm in the group of high jugular bulb and was 8. 250 0 mm in the control group ( P <0. 001). Conclusion The application of volume rendering technique in high jugular bulb can clearly show the thrcc-dimcnsional positional relationship between jugular bulb and cochlea , which provides a new way for studying the relationship of j ugular bulb and cochlca.%目的 探讨64排多层螺旋CT容积再现技术在颈静脉球高位中的临床
