港口是一个国家对外开放最前沿的窗口，是综合运输大通道的节点，是沟通国内与国际经济往来的重要枢纽。从建国之初，中国便开始恢复港口建设，1978年改革开放之后，更是进入了高速发展时期，新世纪伊始，全国掀起了新一轮港口建设和发展热潮。如今10年过去了，港口的建设数量、规模、吞吐能力以惊人的速度增长，中国港口格局初步形成，并跻身世界港口大国行列。
作为我国第一批沿海开放城市，连云港集地理区位、政策、技术等优势于一身，但其发展速度却是相对缓慢的，这不得不令人深思。本文从连云港的自身经济发展状况、区位特点等方面着手分析连云港港口物流发展现状，以及制约其发展的主要因素，从而提出解决问题的对策。

Abstract
The port is a national opening to the forefront of the window, is the comprehensive transportation channel node, is communication domestic and international economic relations and important hub. From the early days of the republic, China began to restore port construction, 1978 years after the reform and opening, but also get into high speed development period, at the beginning of the new century, the whole country raised a new round of port construction and development boom. Now 10 years past, the construction of the port number, the scale, the operation capacity with amazing speed growth, China's port pattern initially formed, and entering the world's port country ranks.
As China's first batch of coastal open cities, Lianyungang set geographical advantages of the technology in a policy, but its development speed is relatively slow, this had to a thought. This article from Lianyungang's own economic development, from the aspects such as location feature analysis of the current situation of the development of Lianyungang port logistics, and the main limiting factors, and then puts forward the solutions of the problems.
