摘 要

本文以石家庄深蓝大厦为工程背景,充分考虑经济、节能、环保等实际因素,设计完成了包括建筑物的供热通风、空调及制冷机房的工程设计。主要的工作内容包括方案确定、负荷计算、管路系统的水力计算、设备选型、施工图纸绘制等。

本建筑共十五层,地下1层为机房,地上1~2层为中央大厅及餐厅,3~4层为办公区域,5~15为客房。通过对各种空调形式的分析及比较,设计方案确定如下:1~3层采用露点送风的全空气系统。由于一层空间相对较大,人员较多,热湿比较大,为了降低系统能耗,并且满足舒适性,同时使室内温度分布更均匀,送风均匀,满足卫生条件,故采用散流器送风,气流组织形式为上送上回;4至15层房间较小,人员较少,使用时间不统一,变化性很大,且对舒适性的要求经常不同,为了满足不同的需求,采用风机盘管加独立新风系统。新风冷却去湿处理到室内空气的焓值,而风机盘管承担室内人员、设备冷负荷和建筑物维护结构的冷负荷。新风由设于每层走廊的新风机组处理后送入房间,气流组织形式采用上送上回的形式;空调系统的冷源采用冷水机组。

本设计的内容主要包括系统的选择与布置,相关计算,设备选择,以及机房的布置等,且附有空调系统、冷水机房设计施工图纸。总的说来,本次设计非常贴近工程实际,是实际工程的模拟再现。

Abstract

Based on the engineering background of dark blue building city, Shijiazhuang, take into account economic, energy-saving, environmental protection and other practical considerations, designed, building heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration engineering. Major work includes programmes identified, load calculation and hydraulic calculation of pipe system, equipment selection, construction drawings, etc.

This building, which contains 15 floors, 1 underground room, 1~2 storeys above ground for the Central Hall and the dining room, an Office area on the 3~4 and 5~15 rooms. Analysis and comparison of various forms of air conditioning, the design is determined as follows: 1~3 layer of dew-point air supply air system. Due to a layer space relative larger, personnel more, hot wet compared big, to reduced system energy, and meet comfortable sex, while makes indoor temperature distribution more uniform, sent wind uniform, meet health conditions, so used bulk flow device sent wind, air Organization for Shang sent last; 4 to 15 layer room smaller, personnel less, using time not unified, changes sex is big, and on comfortable sex of requirements often different, to meet different of needs, used wind machine disc tube added independent air system. Fresh air cooling dehumidifying indoor air enthalpy, and fan-coil take indoor staff, equipment cooling load and cooling load of the building structure.

Corridor make-up air units located in each layer of fresh air into the room after, airflow in the form sent back; cold sources for air conditioning system using chiller. This design includes the system of selection and arrangement, computing, equipment selection and room layout, and design and construction drawings with air conditioning system, cold room. Overall, this design is very close to the project, is a simulation of the actual project.
