全髋与半髋关节置换术治疗老年人股骨颈骨折效果的对照

【摘要】目的：对应用全髋置换术和应用半髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的效果进行对比、分析。方法：收治老年股骨颈骨折患者98例，随机分成两组，观察组行全髋关节置换术治疗，对照组行半髋关节置换术治疗，对两组术后疗效等情况进行比较。结果：观察组的术中出血量及手术时间均高于对照组，髋关节功能恢复时间、并发症及疼痛率明显小于对照组，差异具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论：全髋和半髋关节置换术均具有较好的疗效，全髋关节置换术更具优势，可以作为治疗老年股骨颈骨折的首选方式。%Objective:To make a comparative analysis of the effect of total hip arthroplasty and application of hemiarthroplasties in the treatment of femoral neck fractures in the elderly.Methods:98 elderly patients with femoral neck fractures were selected. They were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the observation group were treated with total hip replacement,and patients in the control group were treated with hemiarthroplasties.We
compared
the
efficacy
of
the
two
groups.Results:The amount of bleeding and operation time in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The recovery time of hip joint function,complications and pain rate were
significantly less than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:The total hip replacement and hemiarthroplasties surgery have good effect,and total hip replacement is more advantageous.It can be used as the preferred method for the treatment of femoral neck fractures in the elderly. 【总页数】2页(54-55)
