彩色M型多普勒和组织多普勒成像技术评价妊娠高血压患
者左室舒张功能的研究

【摘要】 Objective To evaluate the left ventricular diastolic function in the patients with Pregnancy induced hypertension by color M-mode Doppler echocardiography (CMM) and Doppler Tissue Imaging (DTI). Methods Thirty patients with Pregnancy induced hypertension were divided into two guoups according to mitral valve peak flow velocity E/A ratio: groupⅠ, E/A<1(n=20); groupⅡ, E/A≥1(n=10); twenty-five normal pregnancy volunteers. Left ventricular early diastolic flow propagation velocity(Vp) by CMM,mitral annular velocity in early diastole(Ve) and late diastole(Va) by DTI were measured. Results Vp,Ve,Ve /Va in hypertensive patients were lower than normal pregnancy (P<0.05). Conclusions Vp,Ve,Ve/Va may be useful in distinguishing a Doppler pattern of pseudo-nomalization, which could assess diastolic function more reliably.% 目的应用彩色M型多普勒(CMM)和组织多普勒成像(DTI)等方法评价妊娠高血压综合征患者的左室舒张功能,探讨CMM和DTI评价妊高症患者左室舒张功能的临床价值.方法根据舒张早期和晚期二尖瓣口血流峰值速度比值(E/A)将30例妊高症患者分为三组：妊高症Ⅰ组(20例)E/A<1,和妊高症Ⅱ组(10例)E/A≥1,正常妊娠对照组25例.应用
