临床医学专业研究生规范化培养的初步探讨

【摘要】The primary goal of the training of postgraduate students majored in clinical medicine is to develop the ability of clinical practice, the ability of conducting clinical research and to endow the students with good academic qualifications. The students should have acquired the physicians’ practice license and qualification certificate of resident standardized training at the time of graduation. Training of good ideological morality and academic morality is important component of the postgraduate training. English is a useful tool for international academic exchange and understanding the advanced theory and technology of foreign medical science. Thus, teachers should emphasize the importance of English studying and comprehensive training in listening, speaking, reading and writing.“Dumb English”should be avoided. In clinical practice, the students should systematically learn the basic theory, basic knowledge and basic manipulative skills of medicine. Teachers should set a good example for the students. In teaching, teachers should combine the medical theory to clinical practice. We should help the students to improve their ability of solving clinical problems, to develop the ability of conducting clinical research
