【摘要】系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种全身多器官受累的自身免疫性疾病,其免疫学特征为体内大量自身抗体的产生,其发病机制尚未研究清楚。研究发现肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α诱导蛋白质3(tumor necrosis factor alpha-induced protein 3,TNFAIP3)可以通过负性调节炎症作用和泛素化作用于细胞发挥抗炎,调节免疫的作用,在自身免疫性疾病以及系统性红斑狼疮的发生发展中起着重要的作用。本文对TNFAIP3与系统性红斑狼疮的相关性研究结果做一综述。%Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE)is a systemic multi-organ involvement of autoimmune diseases,immunological characteristics of the body to produce a large number of autoantibodies,its pathogenesis is not yet understood.Found that tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α-induced protein 3 (tumor necrosis factor alpha-induced protein 3,TNFAIP3) negative regulation by inflammation and ubiquitin turned cells play for inflammatory,immune
