杜仲光合速率日变化及其与环境因子的关系

【摘要】sin order to identify the relationship between diurnal changes of photosynthetic rate and environmental factors of Eucommia ulmoides, photosynthesis was monitored using portable LI-6400 photosynthesis system. The results show that diurnal variation in Pn(net photosynthetic rate) and Tr (transpiration rate) had two peaks and an midday depression at 13:00 PM The Pn peaks were detected at 11:00 AM and 15:00 PM and reached to 14. 00 and 13. 39 fimol/(m2 · s) , respectively, with the first peak to be higher than the second. The time of Tr peaks occurred almost at the same as Pn on the clear day in summer. Pn was significantly positively correlated with VPD( vapor pressure deficit; r=0. 921) ; Pn was significantly correlated with PAR (photosynthetically available radiation) r= 0. 899) and Tr(transpiration rate; r=0. 815) and significantly negatively correlated with C, (intercellular CO2 concentration; r=-0. 998). RH (relative humidity) was the major environmental factor influencing diurnal changes of the Tr of Eucommia ulmoides.%利用LI-6400光合仪测定杜仲净光合速率,研究其日变化及其与环境因子的关系.结果表明:在夏季晴朗天气条件下,杜仲叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率日变化均呈现“双峰”曲线,出现光合“午休”现象;净光合速率
