摘 要

桐城市烟花爆竹专营有限公司,成立于2003年,位于安徽省桐城市金大地工业园内,前身为桐城市供销系统下土产销售公司,是桐城市仅有的两家烟花爆竹销售资质的公司之一。公司主要经营烟花爆竹批发、零售、储存。公司属于本地企业,员工几乎都是当地人,是一个比较成熟的公司,各种经营、运输经验丰富,但由于长期处在特定行业环境,公司中的问题日积月累,开始不断凸显,尤其在人力资源的培训问题上,存在很大的弊端,依据行业环境来说,对于这类公司,本土资源丰富,依靠各种资质生存的公司,公司的重心被放在谋求销售利润、维持资质有效性方面,很难为了发展,从内部改革出发,所以员工培训问题被忽略,需要适时进行培训工作问题的发掘。

公司培训中所存在的问题被发现,公司受到外部竞争压力较小,没有行业竞争压力,在当地,所有烟花爆竹的销售点都与该公司有关,包括乡村、城镇,甚至被赋予了检查的权利,所有不在该公司售卖的产品,都可被定性为伪劣假冒品,可以说,是当地烟花爆竹行业的主导者,这些因素导致公司在经营中占据优势,无需宣传、无需大规模开设销售点,基本上都是卖家上门提货,竞争压力几乎不存在,没有了行业竞争压力,内部管理中就没足够动力进行优化调整,员工培训方面管理也受到严重的波及,不够重视员工培训工作,员工培训工作都被座谈会、茶欢会取代,培训没有一点培训增长知识技能的能力,所进行的培训也不够规范,内容缺失,没有针对性,后期测评也不尽人意,不能达到特定的效果。随着行业环境变化,国家政策的调整,公司不得不转型升级,朝着现代化、可持续性强的企业发展,公司亟需解决的问题包括培训投入、培训测评方式等,需要寻找全流程解决方案,把控培训的进行,才能发挥培训的效果,实现培训的意义。

Abstract

The company mainly engaged in wholesale, retail and storage of fireworks and firecrackers. However, due to its long-term presence in a specific industry environment, the company's problems have accumulated over time and become increasingly prominent, especially in the training of human resources. According to the industry environment, for such companies, local resources Rich companies that rely on various qualifications to survive, the company's focus is on seeking sales profits and maintaining the effectiveness of qualifications, which is difficult to develop. Starting from internal reform, so the problem of employee training is ignored, which needs to be timely explored.
