配置原因说明：
SOX Cross-Ref. No.
SOX要求说明: CO-010 C1:(1).xxxxx集团下属的无锡xxxxx公司，xxxxxBVI公司和
xxxxxHolding公司都属同一个控制范围(controlling area)。
CO-010 C1:(2).xxxxx集团下属公司都启用了SAP系统管理会计中的成本中心会计(cost center accounting)子模块功能。
CO-010 C1:(3).xxxxx公司SAP管理会计主数据(controlling master data)和交易数据的字段控制采用系统标准功能：启用系统信息功能，并且该功能应用于所有用户；管理会计主数据中定义了必填字段，以确保数据的完整性。
CO-010 C1:(4).xxxxx公司SAP管理会计主数据(controlling master data)
启用Validation功能，Validation方式为“1”- Component is active 。不同类型的费用需经过Validation后才能过账至不同成本中心。
