37℃,concentration of digestive fluid was 0.25%,and passage rate was 1∶3.%采用单因素法研究在细胞传代培养过程中复苏温度、血清浓度、生长液pH值、培养温度、消化液浓度、传代比例等因素对Marc-145细胞传代培养的影响。结果表明:复苏温度37℃、血清浓度10%、生长液pH值7.2、培养温度37℃、消化液浓度0.25%、传代比例1∶3时Marc-145细胞传代培养效果最佳。
