静脉注射右旋美托咪啶预防全麻苏醒期躁动临床观察

【摘要】Objective To observe the preventive effect of prior intravenous injection of dexmedetomidine on restless — ness during the recovery period in general anesthesia . Methods 78 patients who received elective surgery under general anesthesia were randomly divided into 2 groups (re =39 each). Group A received intravenous injection of dexmedetomi -dine at 0. 6 μg/kg 30 min before the end of operation , while group B received intravenous injection of normal saline in — stead. The mean arterial pressure ( MAP) and heart rate ( HR) before extubation ( T0) , at the time of extubation (T1 ) , 1 min after extubation (T2) , 5 min after extubation ( T3) , and 10 min after extubation ( T4) and the occurrence of restlessness during recovery period were observed. Results Compared with group B, the MAP dropped and HR slowed down obviously in group A at T0, T3 and T4 (P <0.05 ) , the degree of restlessness during recovery period decreased in group A (P <0.05). Conclusion Prior intravenous injection of dexmedetomidine has a stabilizing effect on the hemo -dynamics during the recovery period of general anesthesia and can lower the incidence of restlessness during the recovery period.%目的 研究预先静脉注射右旋美托咪啶对全麻苏醒期躁
动的影响.方法 全麻下行择期手术患者78例,随机分为A、B组(每组n=39).A组手术结束前30 min静脉注射右旋美托咪啶0.6 μg/kg,B组以生理盐水代替右旋美托咪啶静脉注射,观察并记录各组在拔管前(T0)、拔管时(T1)、拔管后1 min(T2)、拔管后5 min(T3)、拔管后10 min(T4)平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)的变化情况及患者苏醒期躁动情况.结果 与B组相比,A组在T0、T3、T4时MAP明显下降、HR明显减慢(P<0.05),患者苏醒期躁动情况明显减轻(P<0.05).结论 预先静脉注射右旋美托咪啶对全麻苏醒期的血流动力学具有稳定作用,可降低苏醒期躁动的发生率. 【总页数】2页(794-795)
