【摘要】用真空自耗电弧炉熔炼获得了两种含Er高温钛合金.测试了这两种高温钛合金的蠕变性能,并用光学显微镜和透射电镜观察了合金蠕变后的组织形貌.结果表明:稀土Er以含有Ti、Er、O的氧化物颗粒的形式存在,细化了晶粒.与合金中析出的硅化物、α2相一起阻碍位错的运动,提高了合金的抗蠕变性能.Er含量达到0.1wt%时,其效果显著.%Two kinds of high temperature titanium alloy containing Er were made using vacuum consumable electrode arc furnace. The creep property of these materials was investigated, and then microstructure was studied by OM and TEM before and after creep experiment. The results show that the rare earth Er formed oxide particles that contain Ti, Er and 0. The rare earth oxides refined grain size. The silicide particles, 2 phase and rare earth oxides hinder the dislocation movement during creep process, therefore can promotes the anti-creep property of alloys, and at 0. 1 wt% Er a good anti-creep property was obtained in the alloy system. 【总页数】4页(4124-4127)
