【摘要】[Objective] The research aimed to solve the problem of slightly higher acid content of fruit and small fruit on the second yield of Kyoho grape. [ Method ] The effects of polypeptides and different fertilizer treatments on production, quality and mineral elements absorption in the process of the second fruit of Kyoho grapes cultivation were studied. [ Result] Organic fertilizer could make the fruit acid content reduced, soluble sugar and P, K elements of leaves content increased, and spraying 800 times peptides could remarkably increase the production and improve the quality of grape. The peptide could also significantly promote the absorption and accumulation of Ca element on the fruit. The absorption of N elements of leaves and fruits was the largest when the chemical fertilizer increased. [ Conclusion] Application of organic fertilizer and spraying of polypeptides could contribute to increase the yield and improve fruit quality on the second fruit of Kyoho grape.%[目的]为解决巨峰葡萄第2造果果实存在含酸量偏高和果粒较小的问题.[方法]以巨峰葡萄为材料,研究多肽及不同施肥配方处理对巨峰葡萄第2造果产量、果实品质和矿质元素吸收的影响.[结果]增施有机肥能够提高果实可溶性糖含量,降低果
实酸含量,有利于叶片P、K元素的吸收,增加葡萄产量和改善果实品质的效果明显;喷施800倍多肽,能促进果实中Ca元素的吸收和积累,提升第2造果果实品质,对葡萄产量的提高效果明显;增施化肥则对叶片,果实N元素吸收与积累作用最大.[结论]增施有机肥和喷施多肽有助于提高巨峰葡萄第2造果产量和改善果实品质.
