超声引导下射频消融甲状腺实性结节的临床应用价值

【摘要】ObjectiveTo study the clinical application value of ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation (RFA) of thyroid solid nodules.Methods 54 patients with solid 126 thyroid nodules in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, compared therapeutic effect and complications.ResultsThe total effective rate was 96.8% in observation group which was higher than control group which was 79.4%, the result had statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation may have clear curative effects in the treatment of thyroid solid nodules.%目的：对探讨超声引导下射频消融（RFA）甲状腺实性结节的临床应用价值。方法选取2013年5月～2014年5月我院收治的54例126枚甲状腺实性结节患者随机分为对照组（n=27，63枚）和观察组（n=27，63枚），对照组采用传统手术方法治疗，观察组采用超声引导下射频消融治疗，比较两组治疗效果和并发症情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率96.8%(61/63)高于对照组的79.4%(50/63)，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率3.7%(1/27)低于对照组33.3%(9/27)，组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论超声引导下射频消融甲状腺实性结节疗效确切，并发症发生率低，安全可靠。
